Just for Now

Finale the story about Preston and Amanda is out.... I've been looking forward to reading this book ever since I learned that Abbi Glines had started to write this.

Abbi Glines has written another wonderful book. She pulled me in from the first chapter. I was so hot and I was blushing. When Abbi is writing a book she gets you to really feel that you are in the book and live with people who are there.

I sat down to read just a little of the book around ten, when I looked at the clock when I had finished book the time had suddenly become one. The third world war could have happened and I would have been equally focused on the book. So now I sit with a lot of housework and dinner to make before my two children needs to get picked up from kinder garden, I would indulge me with the book tonight after the little ones were put to bed, but now I need to do the housework to night instead.. Sigh!

But back to the book!

That said, I've been waiting for this story for a while and Abbi has made some sneak peaks while I have been waiting. This meant that I got a little idea of ​​what was going to happen in the book, but not quite how.

We meet Amanda and Preston for the first time in Breathe. They are also in the second book Because of Low, while both have very small roles in the third book While It Lasts.

Amanda is a kind friend and a great sister. To me it seems as if she is very tired of being simply kind and try to change a little. She is still very kind to everyone around her and I have become very fond of her.

Preston has been bad boy from the first book, and has always had a flirtatious personality. I like him a lot and was looking forward to finding out his secrets. He has some difficult things going on in his life, and I really think he deserves a break from that life. He is extremely fond of his friends and siblings.

Amanda and Preston have a chemistry that is simply HOT!

The book is based around the wedding of Marcus and Low, which I think may be a bit much, it should have been more about A and P but I understand that they needed to have a way to meet, but I would have loved for them to meet more just the two of them. Maybe a study date or something. There was little about the real story and it was a little hurried. I understand very well that Abbi Glines wanted them to have a happy ending, but I would have liked to learn so much more about them. I would also wish that Preston’s siblings did not moved, although Preston has enough with himself and everyone seems happy about it, I had hoped Amanda and Preston could take care of them together. But I see why Abbi has writhen it that way, it would have been to much for them.

The end of the book was just stupid, oh not really ( just me wanting sooooo much more)...... But really wish we got more about them, what happens next? (But Abbi most likely have a new book right around the corner, so we'll probably hear more)

The book has drama, some action, some tearful scenes, sex scenes and some scenes where you smile and make you happy.

I was glad that we got to hear a little more about the others. I have been waiting and wanting to know more about what’s been has going on with Sadi and Jax.

I can only cross my fingers and hope that maybe Abbi will write a book where it might have some small stories from everyone. And how it goes with all of them, maybe all meet for a celebration and we can read a little about the couples. Hope it ;)

There is also one more question, is there more? Is it Dewayne’s turn to find love? I have not heard anything yet, so we just need to wait and see…

The cover is incredibly nice and I like how happy they look...

The title for me represents something Amanda thinks, but I'm not sure if this is the case, you just have to read it yourself and tell me what you think.

The book gets 4 of 6 from me because it is incredibly good, but it lacks something and I feel that and I said that it is a little too fast.

While it Lasts

Maybe driving home after a few (or more) shots of tequila had been a bad idea, but hell, he did it all the time. The cops had to have been freaking bored to have pulled him over. He wasn’t even swerving! That’s Cage York’s story and he’s sticking to it.

I really do not know where to begin. Abbi Glines has become one of my favorite authors. The books she writes is exciting, romantic and has touch of drama in it. Sea Breeze Series has been one of my favorite series to read. The series started with Breathe, that I love so much. Then came Because of Low and where we meet bad boy Cage that we can finally read about in the third book While It Lasts.

I have looked forward to this book since Abbi said she would come out with the third book in this series and who it should be about. And again she has not disappointed. The book is hotter than any of the other two and the level of “hottnet” have been a thousand times higher.

The book shifts between Cage and Eva POV, so that we become familiar with both their feelings and thoughts. For me, this book more emotion than the first two. Eva has experienced some of the worst thing you can experience losing her fiancée. She has, therefore a very tough and may behave in ways she did not really want to.

We understand from Because of Low that Cage has problems and a reputation as a bad boy, he has problems with being able to behave and act at times like an idiot. But from the very beginning of this book I realize he's just misunderstood and mess around with different women and alcohol to cope with his childhood. He has problems and soon realize in this book that all he has been involved in going to bite him hard in the butt now that he finally found one that moves his heart, more than Low did.

The book has a excitement from the first chapter. The book has drama and has of course lots of love.

This is a book I recommend on the strongest and you do not have to read the to first to read this one.

Because of Low

Marcus Hardy had hoped to enjoy a year away at college while he put the summer he’d rather forget behind him. So now his sister needs help dealing with their mother who is mentally falling apart. The only bright spot to returning is the fascinating red head who sleeps over several times a week. The problem is she's sleeping in bed with his new roommate, Cage York.

Willow “Low” Foster needs a place to live. Running to Cage’s apartment every time her sister kicks her out isn’t exactly a long term solution. Juggling her courses at the local community college and a part time job doesn’t produce excess income. But Cage has a new roommate and suddenly sleeping over at her best friend’s apartment isn’t such a bad thing. Not when she gets to see those sexy green eyes of Marcus Hardy’s twinkle when he smiles at her like he wants her there.

Even though Cage seems a little territorial where Low is concerned, Marcus finds time to spend with Low without upsetting his roommate. Cage may use his small college baseball star persona to sleep with every hot female in his path but he’s still under the disillusion that when he’s through sowing his wild oats, he’s going to marry Low. Marcus intends to change that assumption for both Cage and Low. Until his carefully laid plans come crashing down with a revelation he never expected. He’ll have to choose between Low or his family. Because once the truth comes out.... there’s no other choice.

This is book number two in the series and its a fantastic story. We were familiar with Marcus in the first book, one that he was a good friend to Sadie. This time its Marcus we get to be familiar with and his new obsession. In this book the POW switches between Marcus and Low, this gives us very good understanding of both characters. It is easy to understand both their feelings and what they think.

You get the urge to pull your hair and scream about how stupid they are a couple of times.

Tits exciting from the start, and I realized quickly that there was something strange goin on in Sea Breeze. I began to guess at once what would happen, but I could not understand what the story was until after quite a long time.

Abbi Glines has written yet another great book and she gets me sucked into the book from the first chapter. The book is written well and I had to read it again as soon as I finished the first time.

The cover is funny and perfect for this book.

Breathe

Sadie White's summer job isn't going to be on the beach life-guarding or working at rental booths like most kids her age. With her single mother's increasing pregnancy and refusal to work, Sadie has to take over her mother's job as a domestic servant for one of the wealthy summer families on a nearby island.

When the family arrives at their summer getaway, Sadie is surprised to learn that the owner of the house is Jax Stone, one of the hottest teen rockers in the world. If Sadie hadn't spent her life raising her mother and taking care of the house she might have been normal enough to be excited about working for a rock star.

Even though Sadie isn't impressed by Jax's fame, he is drawn to her. Everything about Sadie fascinates Jax but he fights his attraction. Relationship's never work in his world and as badly as he wants Sadie, he believes she deserves more. By the end of the summer, Jax discovers he can't breathe without Sadie.

This book has love written all over it. The story has a bit of excitement, drama, lots of love and sorrow. The perfect recipe for a amazing good book. Tears flowed from both joy and sorrow.

I quickly fell in love with the story and in Jax pretty quickly. But the story is far from happy from start to finish. I came to realize that Sadie is quite innocent and very adult for her age. Is not everyone who has to take care of her mother at that age she is in. The book goes up and down and we do not know what will happen on the next page. Tears rolled when the book is sad and they rolled when something funny happens.

The book is not sexual and therefore recommended for all at 15 and older.

Abbi Glines has written an amazing book. She makes you understand the main character extremely well, and you know what the character feels all the time.

The cover is new from the first one but I love both of them.

The title is perfect for the book.

Abbi Glines has also got some boy to sing one of the songs Jax sings, Don’t cry. 

I recommend everyone to read this love story.
